The workforce exists for another allied health service provider to join the team & to introduce complimentary services. 

W/ an ethical obligations to their clients, the vendors are seeking to sell to a buyer w/ the experience & backing to run the practice profitably. Post settlement, the vendor may negotiate terms such as duration and location of work, ideally supporting long-term clients (only about 15% of total).
