The current GPs will remain working for the new buyer if required and the vendor is not a practitioner so income levels will not be impacted. There is a p/t PM who is at the practice maybe 1.25 days per week. She was a nurse and is a great addition to the current team however, may be replaced if the buyer has a person that they would like to fill this role.
With online bookings available, and a modern website, this practice is on the market for $395K. Site visits can be scheduled each week during business hours on the days that the business owner is on the GC and can be at the site to walk through the buyers. The business is being sold as logistically, it is difficult for the Sydney based owner to get to and from this business each week, due to the distance (an hour each way) from the airport.
