QML is onsite providing path for $18K pa.

The nurse works with the doctor and independently for many services; such as triage, health care advice and patient advocacy.

3x CR's + a small path rm + a tx rm where skin cancers are excised, w/ the assistance of a P/T nurse. The Admin/PM is F/T (Tues to Fri) + a casual receptionist on Mon. Hrs are 7.30am (pts from 8am) til 4.30pm. Large reception + waiting rm, neighbour is a dentist, w/ online booking via Health engine. The team will stay w/ the new business owner if reqd.

Currently BB, this clinic can be transitioned to a MB clinic as the surrounding clinics are offering privately billed services. Fully accredited, audit completed in 2023, so no need to do this again til 2026.

Using BP for all pt files. Site visits may take place after an online meeting w/ the owner or on a weekend when the practice is closed & the vendor is onsite.
