This MC is an established practice that has been serving the local community for the last 25 yrs.

They are an accredited practice w/ AGPAL + also a teaching practice affiliated with the Uni of W'gong.

Here's a snapshot of the business & building we are selling:

• Mixed billing w/ plenty of BB pensioners locally
• Accredited w/ ACRRM + RACGP for reg training; can have Drs via the RVTS program too
• PMS = BP (no old hanging files)
• Accredited til May '29
• Wife is a clinician but not wkg as a Dr in the practice; supports w/ remote PM duties each wk (not many hrs)
• Only clinic in the town
• Gross billings about $1.4M
• Can sell the bldg or new business owner can pay $8K/month rent
• Dr contractors are paid their full takings every month & pay 30% as rent (not service fee)

Team:

• Dr 1 – FRACGP – male GP w/ special interest in skin cancer medicine + surgery. He is an accredited skin cancer provider w/ the Skin Cancer College of Australasia & performs skin checks as well as some skin cancer surgical procedures in rooms
• Dr 2 – FRACGP – female GP who trained locally + offers shared obstetrics care – Independent contractor 
• Dr 3 – FRACGP – male GP, he has an interest in chronic disease + chronic pain management. He has taken on additional training in obesity management + CBD oil prescribing
• Dr 4 – male GP reg w/ ACRRM wkg F/T  
• Dr 5 – female GP reg w/ RACGP due to start in Aug 2025 wk P/T

The staff & processes are well established. The admin staff run their own meetings monthly w/out vendor support. The original drs surgery was initially opened in the '80s & moved to the dedicated rooms around 1999 when the notes became computerised. (One of the current nurses started back then). The current vendors joined the practice in 2015 & 2016 respectively as regs & they have been at the helm as practice owners since July 2016. 2 out of 3 nurses have worked at the practice longer than the vendors. They have 3 admin; 2 of which have been wkg for the last 5-7 yrs at this practice; so a very stable team.

Vendor is:

• Selling as the kids are in school an hour away & too much driving
• Will work for the next 5 yrs under the new owner doing 3x days/wk
• Currently wkg Mon, Tues, Thurs & every other Fri
• Happy to take 60% billings for the first 12 months w/ view of increasing to 65% thereafter
• Happy to teach & supervise on the days that he's wkg
