• Approx 70% BB pts w/ the potentially to become fully BB before Nov 2025
• New development at the end of the street means that more pts will be moving into the area
• Ideally the buyer will be able to provide additional GP hrs & open up the books to new pts

Software/Pt files

• MD & Prac soft
• They are using a combination of paper and soft files, where the newest pts might just have any specialist referrals on paper and the rest of their file is soft. For older pts, they will have a lot of paper files.
• It will potentially take 3 months for someone to scan all the pt files into the system, but vendor is concerned about the capacity of the server to be able to store all of this additional data, so she hasn’t attempted to do it yet.
• There are 4x computers in the clinic

Opportunities to add vale

• Additional Dr/s will mean pathology can come and provide services, offsetting the rent
• No Website or online bookings 
• Take the clinic into a paperless future (ask the PHN about getting support… maybe there is an option for a jnr's wage to be off set to do this)
