Lease

• The lease has been renewed July 2024 for 5+5+5 yrs so will be assigned/transferred
• The pathology is in a separate unit in the same building. It is not part of the medical centre arrangements or income. It is independent.

• Mixed billing + fees going up again soon. GP's only BB Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander pts, Pension Concession Card holders, Health Care Card holders,  DVA Gold Card holders + Children aged 0-15 yrs. All other pts are privately billed
