NB: In relation to laser licenses, they are like car licenses and cannot be transferred. A new license and registration needs to be obtained by someone wishing to own and operate a laser. Generally Drs, nurses + allied health practitioners can hold a license once they attend a laser safety course. Non-medical or allied health practitioners need to complete a logbook of hours for the various indications for cosmetic use eg hair removal, tattoo removal etc before they can get an exemption to use. Generally the hours are quite difficult to achieve.
