2x Bris GP clinics under one ABN, both non DPA

Would only sell both clinics in one transaction.

2x Mixed billings clinics in Brisbane for sale under one company structure, with Practice 1 in Brisbane city and the other in the Logan area, to the south of Brisbane. Practice 1 has 4x drs including one of the owners and Practice 2 has 6 drs including both of the practice owners. When the owner's sell and retire from GP, Practice 1 will retain 3x Drs and Practice 2 4x drs. The company was established in 2015, however one of the clinics has been trading as a MC since 1979! 

The clinics are accredited for Registrar training and they currently have 3x registrars in the south-side clinic. The current registrars will stay til Feb 2024, when they leave, new registrars will come into the clinic/s. There are 3x supervisors so one registrar each! The registrars are paid in alignment with the legislation that covers them whilst they are in training and the FRACGP Drs are on a fee split (70/30), including the dr owners. 

Using BP and Xero for their management accounts they are accredited and both accreditation audits have been done Feb + June 2023 so none due til 2026. 

New Drs start on a fixed rate/per hour til they build up their pt base and can go to a fee split arrangement. There are contracting Drs as are the locums. The landlords give incentives to the clinic owner to remain there so the rents across both sites is very low. As the rent is so low, there is no need to have path in the clinics to offset the rent so the rooms are used by Drs and allied health instead. One of the expenses marked 'rent' is a strata fee.

There is a non-recurring accreditation fee; but mostly the financials are clean with no personal expenses run through them. The chattel mortgage is effectively gone. 

Both owners will transition for say 3/12 with the new business owners but want to pursue different ventures such as teaching moving fwd. 

Site visits can be scheduled at a mutually convenient time, out of hrs, to maintain confidentiality.

You do not have a to be a GP to own and operate run a GP clinic.
