The team

Four physiotherapists (incl the owner who is relocating post sale transition) plus administration support. All practitioners are experienced runners and/or cyclists — a deliberate recruitment strategy over 18 years, and the main reason so many athletes choose the clinic. It attracts clients through the team's collective reputation, not any single individual, and runs independently of the owner's day-to-day involvement.

• Online consultations are minimal and scale easily as capacity is added.
