Willem brings hands-on experience as both a business owner and leader to his role as a Business Broker with LINK Sunshine Coast. Having started, grown, and sold several businesses himself – including his first at just 21 – he understands the real challenges and opportunities owners face when it comes to selling.

Willem specialises in small to mid-sized businesses and takes a personal approach to every sale. He sees selling a business as more than just a transaction – it’s a big life decision. His focus is on guiding clients through the process with honesty, confidentiality, and clear advice so they feel confident every step of the way.

Beyond brokering, Willem is deeply interested in personal growth and coaching, with training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Living on Bribie Island with his wife and children, Willem enjoys fishing, swimming, and getting out on the water. He’s also passionate about cars, bikes, and personal growth, and values building genuine, long-term relationships with the people he works with.
