Steven is a seasoned professional, bringing a remarkable wealth of international business experience to LINK. With a career spanning over 35 years, he has established himself as a dynamic and versatile entrepreneur.

Throughout his 22-year tenure in the aviation and logistics industry, Steven has been at the helm of various successful business ventures. He's not only navigated the complexities of ownership but also managed one of LINK's top-performing franchises for a decade. His extensive track record has led him to his current role as LINK NZ's Business Development Manager, where he is dedicated to fostering the growth and prosperity of LINK's franchise offices across New Zealand.

One of Steven's key strengths lies in his expertise in complex contract negotiations, a skill honed through his work in challenging environments worldwide, including Russia and Africa. He has also held senior management positions in the United States, the Middle East, and Western Europe, gaining invaluable international experience.

In addition to his ventures in aviation and logistics, Steven has ventured into various other industries, from property and retail to import/export and tourism. He's successfully managed and sold several businesses, each with multi-million-dollar turnovers. Notably, he orchestrated the sale of a high-tech flagship business through a $150 million IPO/Float on the UK Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

Beyond the world of business, Steven is a passionate sports enthusiast. Though his rugby days are behind him, his love for the outdoors endures. He's an active participant in a wide array of sports, including road and mountain biking, trekking, kayaking, and regular boot camp classes.

Family plays a significant role in Steven's life, and he takes great pride in his 27-year marriage and the inspiration he draws from his two daughters, aged 21 and 18.

In his spare time, Steven also engages in community service, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact. He has volunteered with Age Concern in Tauranga for the past two years, reflecting his dedication to giving back to his community.
