Steph manages LINK’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of all business systems. Her role encompasses strategic planning, technical project leadership, system functionality review, and the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities. She is dedicated to recommending best IT practices, developing risk mitigation strategies, and providing comprehensive training to system users.

Steph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics and a Master of Business Studies in Economics from Massey University. This unique background allows her to effectively bridge the gap between technology and business, enhancing LINK’s operational efficiency. As a member of LINK’s International Head Office operations team, she collaborates closely with managers, administrators, and external service providers.

Outside of LINK, Steph enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, satisfying her wanderlust, and continuously learning.
