I am kickstarting my career as a copywriter and broker support team member at LINK and am eager to be part of a successful company that encourages growth.

I am a personable individual with a positive attitude and a flair for creativity. Writing has always been my passion; over the years I have developed those skills to further my career.

I have gained experience in various industries that have instilled in me; excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and unwavering attention to detail. My background in content writing and the hospitality industry has taught me to challenge myself.

After completing four years of study at Auckland University of Technology, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Creative Writing; this allowed me to pursue new and exciting freelance experiences. My degree led me to explore an array of writing opportunities, including article writing, ghost-writing and creating content for social media. I have honed my writing skills to adequately meet the tone, style and intended audience. Freelancing taught me how to collaborate, manage deadlines and work with different platforms. I also undertook extensive research to expand my knowledge base and create content that was factually correct and relevant to the topic.

During my time in the hospitality industry, I had the opportunity to work on my communication skills, take on additional responsibilities and thrive in a high-pressure environment. I also learned the importance of working as a team to achieve the best results.

In my spare time, I enjoy connecting with friends and family, reading good books, and exploring the wonders of New Zealand.
