Shannel holds a Master’s degree in Creative Writing from Auckland University of Technology. Her career journey includes diverse experiences such as freelance article writing, ghostwriting, and creating content for social media. These opportunities allowed her to refine her ability to tailor content to different audiences, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively. Additionally, her background in the hospitality industry helped her develop strong communication skills, excel under pressure, and embrace teamwork.

In her role at LINK, Shannel combines her creative flair and professional expertise to lead the marketing and copywrite efforts. She is committed to fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring high-quality, consistent content that aligns with LINK’s objectives.

Outside of work, Shannel enjoys connecting with friends and family, immersing herself in good books, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of New Zealand.
