May brings over 15 years of experience in customer service and administration to the LINK Gold Coast team. She began her career as cabin crew, spending more than a decade in the aviation industry, including four years in a supervisory role, before transitioning into administration and office support.
With her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities, she provides valuable support to both brokers and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of the Gold Coast office.
Since joining LINK in 2025, she has quickly become a trusted team member, drawing on her background in high-pressure environments to deliver efficient and professional outcomes.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 young daughters, keeping active, and exploring the outdoors.
