A Passion for Business
Ken Bouchebli has a good history of owning and operating various hospitality businesses in Melbourne and Adelaide. After selling all his businesses independently, he decided to go into business brokering professionally. In 2004, Ken joined LINK Melbourne's sales team.
Ken committed his early years in business brokering to strengthening his talents in the field. After closing his first sale within his first four months in the company, he continued to enhance his performance and has now been effectively guiding vendors and purchasers for 17 years!

Ken’s Success Story
One of Ken's most successful sales is a business that he sold over the course of a year. It was a challenging deal due to constant negotiations with the landlord concerning a short lease and a sublease. Eventually, Ken was able to sell the business for $1.2 million.
Ken also had quite an exciting sale shortly after returning from his year-long business brokering hiatus. LINK had recently acquired Klemms at this point. He made an enquiry about performing an inspection on his first day and closed the sale of the business the day after.
Ken Outside Work
Ken enjoys spending time alone doing activities such as going on trips and driving cars when he's not busy working with clients.
