Kelvin Markham

Kelvin began his real estate career at a small suburban agency in 1980 and within 3 years established his own business as an Agent and Auctioneer in Macquarie St Hobart, later as a LJ Hooker franchisee in St Helens. Kelvin managed the Roberts Real Estate office in St Helens before returning to Hobart in 1989.

After several years in the building industry Kelvin established a marketing business which first promoted and sold computer software to 2000 Australian schools. At Viewpoint Systems and later Salamanca Marketing, Kelvin provided websites and marketing services to over 100 restaurants and other hospitality businesses throughout Tasmania until 2008.

After studying Accounting, Marketing and Business, Kelvin completed a Law Degree and Dip Legal Practice at UTAS Kelvin was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania on 23 August 2013. After practicing commercial law for a short time Kelvin returned to sales and marketing including over 2 years with Momentum Energy, part of Hydro Group.

Kelvin has been involved with the development of several properties at Austins Ferry and a Tourist attraction called Old Hobart Town Model Village at Richmond. Kelvin was instrumental in the establishment of Freedom Boat Club in Hobart, is an active member of the Rotary Club of Glenorchy and an active participant in public debates about public policy.

His training and experience in Accounting, Law and Property across a wide range of businesses provides a background which assures clients of understanding, technical expertise and sales acumen.

In December 2025 Kelvin completed Cert IV in Real Estate Practice and Diploma of Property (Agency Management).
