Deal Administrator

Jess started at Klemms in 2014 as the office receptionist and since the LINK acquisition has progressed into the Deal Administrator position liaising with brokers, solicitors and clients to ensure the smooth transaction and completion of deals. Jess’ role consists of a wide range of tasks from broker support, contract drafting and management, trust and advertising banking and customer service.

Jess has a high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and loves to have a laugh in the office making her well suited to the Deal Administrator position. She is looking forward to seeing the Melbourne office grow with the support of their new LINK family.

In her spare time Jess enjoys good food & wine with her friends, travelling, and has a keen interest in Mexico and its culture. She is currently studying Spanish and is excited to return to Mexico to put her new skills to the test!
