With a diverse background spanning nearly 10 years as a mental health counsellor and a technical sales specialist in the engineering field, Jason brings a unique perspective to business broking. His experience in leadership of NFP’s and counselling departments, training new counsellors, and supporting individuals through their professional and personal journeys has equipped him with a deep understanding of the importance of strong relationships, clear communication, and personal growth — all of which are essential in guiding clients through the business buying and selling process.

Having worked in the mental health field, Jason has developed a passion for helping others navigate challenging transitions, which he now channels into assisting clients in finding the right business opportunities. His ability to build rapport, combined with strong analytical skills, ensures he provides a comprehensive and strategic approach to every transaction.

Outside of his professional life, he values family time with his wife and two boys and enjoys staying active through running, workouts, cold plunges, and saunas. He also appreciates the quiet moments spent with a good book but can get stuck in watching a good sports game — staying balanced is the key to his approach both in life and work.
