Backed by a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Business Law and a Graduate Certificate in Behavioural Economics, Gregory brings both operational expertise and a sharp commercial mindset to the businesses he runs. His track record spans concept development, venue management, brand building, and scaling operations across several successful restaurants.

Beyond hospitality, Gregory has also invested in and advised emerging tech startups, giving him a unique perspective on innovation, customer behaviour, growth and exit strategies.
