Greg is proud to represent Australia's largest business broker network in the ACT and surrounding region, bringing 25 years of business management experience to every transaction. Having spent 20 years as a Principal, Greg understands the weight of business ownership – the daily decisions, the sleepless nights, and the dreams tied up in every enterprise.

Growing up on the NSW South Coast before moving to Canberra 35 years ago, Greg completed his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Resource and Environmental Management at ANU. This foundation, combined with a quarter-century of hands-on business experience, gives him unique insight into how SMEs operate, particularly in franchise environments.

Greg's extensive background spans problem resolution, franchise relations, operations management, HR, financial management, retail finance, marketing, project management, inventory control and change management. As a highly experienced negotiator and mediator, he's known for finding pathways to positive outcomes for all parties – a skill honed through multiple business awards, executive membership of business councils, and leadership roles in pilot programs and new initiatives.

When Greg became a business broker, he brought this operational understanding to every conversation. He knows that when a vendor says they're thinking of selling, there's usually a complex mix of financial necessity, personal circumstances, and future aspirations driving that decision. His approach focuses on understanding each vendor's specific needs and personal wishes, listening carefully and exploring every avenue to achieve outstanding results.

Greg's point of difference lies in his determination to make the entire process as clear and pleasant as possible, walking beside clients every step of the way. His strong local knowledge and extensive network throughout the ACT, combined with thorough buyer qualification and nurturing skills, ensure he can match the right buyers with the right opportunities.

Outside work, Greg's passion is his family. When not spending time with his partner and two daughters, you might spot him at the gym, walking the family greyhounds, enjoying time on the beach, or exploring bush tracks.
