Gordon is a seasoned Commercial & Investment specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the Industrial & Commercial Property Industry,  High-Level Negotiations and Facilitation experience in the following areas: (TMT) Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Hotels & Resorts, Mining, Mine Remediation, Energy, Construction, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Raise, and Investment funds transactions and funding totalling over $2.5Bn in value and his diverse knowledge with deep commercial acumen is complemented with experience across these verticals and areas.

Gordon also has a vast array of experience in Investment Sales, Turnkey Developments, some of which have been large Multi-Million Dollar International Institutional Developments and projects where he has assisted senior management teams, board members, and stakeholders throughout all phases of M&A transaction advisory and backed with execution. Further to this, Gordon has extensive experience in the IT & Telecommunications industry having worked in this industry for 18 years including for one of the world’s largest technology vendors, "Oracle", as the Regional Director. He has also worked for some of Australia’s largest and most disruptive ICT, Cybersecurity, GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) and Tech Companies including SingTel Optus, AAPT, Pipe Networks, where he has a vast array of experience in ICT Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Internet Of Things, Big Data Analytics, Web3, SaaS, Security, and Software Application development. Gordon also brings his local, government, corporate and international portfolio of contacts and investors to the role. Gordon is also a member of the ANA (Australian Nuclear Association) and sits as a board member and shareholder for a few Australian and International companies including SMR Global Energy (Australia) and has a keen interest and experience in Small Modular Reactors, energy, manufacturing, and the mining space.
