She brings a depth of experience in successfully managing workplaces to her role and is known & respected for her efficient skills and effective communication methods.

Eliza holds a degree in teaching and has built a diverse career in advertising, cinema software, administration, marketing, and events. She co-owned and ran a construction company with her husband for nearly a decade, overseeing up to 24 staff at its peak and gaining invaluable hands-on experience in business ownership & management. In the past five years, Eliza has returned to the corporate world, broadening her skills by gaining experience in the dynamic sports and engineering sectors.

Always eager to take on new challenges and learn about new industries, Eliza is proud to be LINK’s ‘go-to’ person. She thrives on making positive and progressive impacts for both staff and clients alike. Eliza’s career is marked by a clear alignment with company targets and strategies, managing staff to excel in a client-focused environment.

Outside of work, Eliza is a sports enthusiast and loves swimming, hiking (having completed a couple of the great walks), skiing, and anything related to the beach. She also takes pride in being a fabulous Uber driver for her kids every weekend.
