Dion is part of the LINK Melbourne team, working along side our corporate advisors and senior management team across a wide range of engagements ranging from $3m-$50m. Having completed a Bachelor of Banking & Finance at Monash University, Dion works alongside senior advisors, supporting financial modelling and analysis, deal preparation, and targeted buyer outreach.

In his role, Dion assists with reviewing financials, preparing valuation inputs, and coordinating communication between both sides of the transaction to ensure the process remains seamless and transparent. By utilising our AI deal platform Dion is capable of building specific investor target list to ensure the outreach campaign reaches the targets actively looking to acquire in particular and markets and segments.

Coupled with LINK’s own corporate database of 6000+ highly engaged investors, ranging from PE groups, family offices, trade and sophisticated investors, Dion is able to ensure the right acquirer is matched to your deal.
