After earning a BCom in Accounting and BCom Honours in Financial Management from the University of Johannesburg, Dan propelled his career to the next level by achieving the globally recognised Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation in the United Kingdom. He is also a fully registered CPA in Australia, underscoring his deep expertise in finance and business leadership.

Over his career, Dan has held leadership and Director roles across a wide range of sectors, including online businesses, direct selling, logistics, educational services, cleaning and chemical industries, retail, hospitality, classic cars, and real estate. He has also been deeply involved in business sales, transitions, and mid-market M&A, developing a sharp understanding of both financial performance and the qualitative factors that drive long-term success.

Dan is a proud member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and staying at the forefront of business sales and mergers & acquisitions.
