Personal and Professional Background

Dallas brings over two decades of comprehensive experience in business. For over a decade, his position was managing director of a mid-size bus, coach, and tourism company located in regional NSW. Dallas has a proven background in Human Resources and managing complex business operations, including: leadership in large-scale transportation and tourism, Safety Management Systems accreditation, compliance and audit with regulatory bodies (Transport for NSW, Roads and Maritime Service, National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, and Transport Safety Victoria), optimising EBITDA through effective resource allocation, asset procurement and financial oversight, Enterprise Bargaining Agreement implementation and successful tendering outcomes with Government bodies.

His transition into business sales and acquisitions was largely driven by his first-hand experience as an owner operator in a long-standing family business, buying, growing and successfully exiting. This background has equipped Dallas with an understanding of the dynamics, emotional complexities, and financial considerations that can impact family-owned businesses. Dallas has an accomplished track record and high success rate on his business broking journey. He specialises in but not limited to the bus & coach and tourism-based business, transacting both small & medium (SME) and large (Corporate) enterprises across various industries and sectors and offers a comprehensive range of services to support both buyers and sellers, each tailored to address the client’s objectives. Dallas enjoys time with his family and spends most weekends running around after his three young kids with their sporting activities. He enjoys a day at the races and is also a loyal long-time supporter of St Kilda football Club in the AFL.
