Caroline has a broad background working across both small business teams and global companies. This has allowed her to be involved in various industries and roles spanning Marketing and Sales, Project Management, Compliance, Relationship Management and Training. This diverse professional background has equipped her to adapt to shifting environments, and effectively manage multiple projects.

Caroline joined LINK Sunshine Coast in 2021 in an operational role, and was presented with the Staff Award of Excellence in 2022. Her genuine love of people, results-focused work ethic, initiative, and positive attitude are strengths that contribute positively to her team and clients. Having worked closely supporting LINK Sunshine Coast Director, Wim Janssen, on many business transactions, Caroline attended the National Conference and was so inspired by the people around her and the direction of the company, she decided to become a business broker. She thrives on the variety of her workday and is excited about delving into every aspect of the business broking industry, welcoming the opportunity to use her skills and knowledge while collaborating with the amazing team of brokers and support staff at LINK.

She is committed to continuous learning and growth, ensuring that she provides the best possible service to her clients. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her a promising choice for those seeking guidance in buying or selling a business.

Caroline is a mother of 3 and loves spending time with her friends and family. She is a keen traveller and enjoys the beauty and lifestyle of Queensland’s coastline.
