A citizen of the world, Andre moved first to America where he became a skilled craftsman, then to Melbourne’s inner-north where he spent two decades building a high-end architectural joinery business. Stepping into the corporate world, Andre rose to National Business Development Manager with a major hardware producer and distributor, where he managed relationships with major construction brands (including commercial developers, Lendlease and residential volume-builders, Mirvac Homes) before forging a strong new path as an awarded agent in residential real estate.
Across this national and international career, Andre has developed a strong understanding of the processes that drive manufacturing businesses of all sizes and at all stages of the business cycle. He has accrued a strong knowledge of the financial structures and drivers of small, medium and large scale businesses, and he has worked closely with clients, vendors and buyers at all levels, from the shopfloor, to the showroom, to the boardroom, to the living-room.
