Vic is a Licensed Business Broker (LBB) with extensive experience in senior management roles in various industries, including Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications.
He has held CEO and Sales & Marketing management positions across a span of multinational companies, both in Australia and internationally, as well as establishing his own locally-operated businesses.
Vic has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, majoring in Accounting, from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM).
He has owned a successful Business Broking company, where he managed and negotiated the sale of a range of businesses, including well-known franchises, such as Michel’s Patisserie and Wendy’s Ice Cream, along with motels, news agencies, automotive, entertainment and retail entities. During that time, he served on the committee of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB)
Vic has also worked as a Director with Newport Capital Group, a long-standing and leading advisory firm that derives revenue from mergers, acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings and whose clients range from privately-owned Australian top-performers to ASX listed companies and major global organisations.
He brings to our clients a high level of expertise and skills, ranging through accounting, sales, negotiation, market knowledge and consulting to enable them to achieve an optimal result from our business relationship

Within about a week they presented us with an Information Memorandum on our business to be checked and signed off for potential buyers, by the following week we had our first meetings that had already been fully vetted by Vic with potential buyers.
Vic was present at all our meetings, which many were after hours, and ensured confidentiality was a priority at all times. Vic managed all the prospects extremely well and only presented us with the serious buyers, which was appreciated when time is precious, as you are still trying to run your business while going through the selling process….definitely no time wasting approach here.
When it came down to the final selection of offers that were put forward, Vic went through each one with us and pointed out the positives and negatives, as well as guiding us carefully through the whole process with his years of experience, ensuring the best outcome for us.
When it came to the due diligence process, again Vic went through what were acceptable requests and double checking everything we handed on to the potential buyers. This made us feel that we had an extra double check in place when giving out such personal information and the security level was excellent.
Even during settlement and handover Vic was there to guide us and check on how things were going. Even after they were paid they are still in contract making sure the handover process was going well.
