Jenny is an advocate of lifelong learning and an enthusiastic and resourceful mother of five daughters, she is passionate about wholefood cooking and loves spending time outdoors. Her ultimate day would be a family picnic in one of Tasmania’s beautiful national parks!
Between 2015-2018 Jenny and her family enjoyed an adventure of a lifetime, travelling Australia by converted bus and campervan, road-schooling their children and gaining firsthand appreciation of our beautiful country and communities.
